Welcome to Alpha Wellness Sanctuary. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in our residential health reversal stay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services & Doctor-Led Consultations
Alpha Wellness Sanctuary provides integrated clinical healthcare, classical Panchakarma therapies, and functional medicine protocols. All programs are supervised by registered Ayurvedic physicians and functional medicine specialists.
- Consultations are conducted based on the health information and diagnostic data provided by the guest.
- Guests are required to provide complete and accurate medical history prior to starting any treatment protocol.
2. Bookings & Reservations
Reservations for residential programs at our sanctuary in Mysuru require confirmation and deposit as outlined at the time of booking. Room allocations, cottage assignments, and physician appointments are subject to availability and clinical scheduling requirements.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that health and travel schedules can change. Cancellations or requests to reschedule residential health stays must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Refunds or credit notes will be processed according to our sanctuary stay booking policy.
4. Sanctuary Guidelines & Conduct
To preserve the peaceful, therapeutic healing environment for all guests, visitors and residents are expected to abide by sanctuary guidelines regarding quiet hours, organic Sattvic dietary protocols, and non-smoking/alcohol-free policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, medical articles, and treatment protocol documentation, is the intellectual property of Alpha Wellness Sanctuary and protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
